    Munching: Eating something steadily or in small bites, often informally or continuously.

    Tackle: To deal with or address a problem or task directly and effectively.

    Routine: A usual or fixed way of doing things, often a set sequence of activities or habits.

    Tempting: Appealing or attractive, especially in a way that makes it difficult to resist.

    Incorporating: Adding or including something as part of a whole or system.

    Accountable: Being responsible or answerable for actions, decisions, or tasks.

    Crucial: Extremely important or necessary, often having a critical impact on a situation or outcome.

  • Step 1: Introduce the topic of getting healthier and dieting. Talk about the challenges of losing weight and finding the time to exercise. Introduce words like nutrition, nutrients, balance, fad diets, etc.

    Step 2: Have the students discuss the warm up questions. Ask for a few answers and give follow-up questions to create discussions.

    Step 3: Play the recording and have the students listen and fill in the gaps with the missing words. 

    Step 4: Have the students complete the vocabulary worksheet.

    Step 5: Let the students discuss the discussion questions and elicit answers from them after they are done. You should get them to use the vocabulary in their discussions.   ​
