Everything you need to know before booking your first class
What platform do you use for classes?
All classes are held via Zoom. You will receive a link before each session. All you need is a stable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and a quiet space.
What time zone are the classes in?
We serve students across Indonesia (WIB, WITA, WIT) and accommodate most schedules. During your free trial consultation, we will find a time that works for you and your teacher.
What if I need to miss or reschedule a class?
We understand life gets busy. Give us at least 24 hours notice and we can reschedule at no extra cost. Classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept USD, IDR (Indonesian Rupiah), and several other currencies. We will confirm payment options during your free trial consultation.
Is there a long-term contract or commitment?
No contracts. You purchase class packages of 4, 8, or 12 classes and use them at your own pace. The free trial has absolutely no commitment or payment required.
